The media studio for medical experts.

Carry your expertise into the light.

⌒ envoy is the media studio for medical experts who already publish. We turn the lectures, podcasts, and long-form videos you've already recorded into the short-form pieces your patients and peers actually find you through.

Founder letter

When I started interviewing women in 2012, I kept meeting people who were grieving in silence. Women on their fourth IVF cycle. Mothers fighting through postpartum while the world expected them to be glowing. Patients searching at 3am for someone — anyone — who understood what they were going through.

The experts who could help them existed. Their work existed. It was just buried in lectures nobody finds, in podcast episodes too long for a hospital waiting room, in conference talks that never leave the conference. If you have something worth saying and a body of work to draw from, I would be honored to hear from you.

⌒ envoy is what I built to change that. We take the work medical experts have already done and carry it to the people whose lives it was meant to change. If you have something worth saying and a body of work to draw from, I would be honored to hear from you.

Envoy is not here to make doctors sound like creators. We help medical experts become easier to find — without becoming less credible.

Your best explanations are buried in long-form content.

The ninety-minute lecture. The podcast episode. The patient explainer. The YouTube video you recorded because you were answering the same question again and again.

The work exists. The value is there. But the people who need it most often discover medical information through shorter, faster formats — and your hour-long recording was never going to reach them in that form.

That doesn’t mean your expertise needs to become shallow. It means it needs an editorial system that can carry the right moments further, without losing what made them worth saying.

In a subject as emotional as fertility, clickbait and overproduction don't just miss — they hurt. Envoy draws out the moments that genuinely inform patients and make them feel less alone, in a voice that stays calm, accurate, and unmistakably yours.

Two ways to work with us

01

The Catalogue.

An editorial pass through your full back-catalogue — lectures, episodes, conference talks, YouTube uploads, Q&A sessions. AI handles the transcript analysis at scale; a senior editor reviews the shortlist, clusters the work into themes, and returns a scheduled library of short-form pieces ready to publish.

02

The Cadence.

Ongoing. Every long-form piece you publish is picked up, clipped, captioned, and returned to you ready to post — thumbnail, caption, video file, all done. The same editorial standard, applied as you go.

Most engagements begin with The Cadence plus a Catalogue pass on the last 30–90 days — enough material to publish from on day one, with ongoing capture from there.

Why medical experts choose ⌒ envoy

Built for sensitive specialties.

Fertility, oncology, mental health, paediatrics — the conversations most easily mishandled. Our editorial process is more careful, not less ambitious. We’ve never shipped a clip a clinician regretted.

Working from your existing library.

A year of short-form, no new filming day. You don't need to record more. Most of our clients are sitting on hundreds of hours of work that has barely been seen. We turn that back-catalogue into a year of short-form content without one new filming day.

Senior editorial, AI-assisted scale.

Editorial care without the editorial bottleneck. Traditional editorial agencies cap at five clients per editor — that's how they protect quality. We hold the same standard, then use AI for the work that doesn't need human judgment. Same care, more reach.

Editorial veto, always.

Every clip ships only after your sign-off. No auto-publishing, no rolling consent. If you'd hesitate to share it with a colleague, we hold it back.

How we use AI— and how we don’t.

If you wouldn't be comfortable sending it to a colleague, it doesn't ship. That's the test, and AI doesn't change it.

We use AI for what it's good at: transcript analysis, candidate selection, search across thousands of hours of back-catalogue, draft assembly. A senior editor reviews every output before it leaves the studio.

We don't use AI to write in your voice. We don't generate hooks or threads that overstate what you said. We don't clone your face, your audio, or produce content you didn't actually record. No deepfakes, no synthetic voiceovers, no AI-generated b-roll passed off as yours.

AI helps us work at the editorial standard. It never replaces it.

Your work deserves to be heard.

Your best work should not stay buried in long-form. If you have lectures, podcasts, interviews, or YouTube videos sitting in a library nobody is searching — ⌒ envoy can help you find the moments worth carrying further.
